Car Parking
The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) operates a Southbank parking facility for visitors, guests and the general public. Our car park is conveniently located undercover with direct lift access to the Centre’s convention and exhibition facilities and event spaces. The car park is open 24 hours a day.
Wheelchair access
Convenient wheelchair access is available via lifts accessing all levels. Stage ramping, portable wheelchair lifts and additional wheelchairs can all be arranged. Accessible toilets are located across all levels.
HEARING ASSISTANCE
Hearing loops are installed in all meeting rooms. Larger rooms – Plaza Terrace Room, Plaza Ballroom, Great Hall and all exhibition halls can be fitted with loops in required areas and are activated on request.
ASSISTANCE animals
The Brisbane Convention and Entertainment Centre allows service animals inside the venue, at the owner’s responsibility. Please reach out prior to the event if you have specific questions or concerns.
